Health insurance,
off your plate.

We help Idaho families, and the professionals who support them, sort through Medicare and Medicaid, compare plans, and get enrolled, at no cost to you.

The problem

Medicare and Medicaid were not built to be simple.

Most people end up bounced between carriers, Medicare.gov, and state Medicaid offices, trying to piece together an answer on their own. If you or someone you care for qualifies for both programs, the rules get even harder to follow. That is where we come in.

How we help

What we take off your plate

Plan comparison

We shop every carrier available in your county and lay out the differences in plain language.

Enrollment paperwork

We fill out and file the forms, then confirm your enrollment went through correctly.

Medicaid pathway questions

We help you understand eligibility rules and how Medicaid works alongside Medicare.

Year over year plan review

Plans change every year. We check yours each fall so you are not stuck with a bad fit.

FAQ

Answers before you pick up the phone.

Does it cost anything to work with you?
No. Our consultations are always no-cost. We are paid by the carrier you choose, never by you or your family.
Are you connected with Medicare or the state?
No. We are an independent Idaho Falls agency and are not connected with or endorsed by the United States government or the federal Medicare program.
How quickly do you respond?
Within one business day. Urgent situations, such as hospital discharges or special enrollment deadlines, get same-day attention.
Do you accept referral fees from professionals?
No. We never pay caseworkers, social workers, or guardians for referrals. Our compensation comes only from the carrier a client chooses to enroll with.
Where are you located?
3729 Woodking Dr, Idaho Falls, ID 83440. We meet by phone, video, in our office, or at your facility across eastern Idaho.
Can you help someone who lives outside Idaho Falls?
Yes. We are licensed statewide and regularly help clients throughout eastern Idaho and the surrounding counties.
